Return Policy

All Grocery Products are NON-RETURNABLE.

All opened medical products are non-returnable irrespective of them being used or not. For unopened medical products, return authorization has to be obtained from SNZ Enterprises, Inc. within 15 days of receiving your order. There will be a restocking fee of upto 25% but not less than $5 per return – whichever is higher. Any shipping fees paid by the Buyer is non-refundable. Buyer pays for return shipping - SNZ Enterprises, Inc does not provide prepaid return labels.

The above does not apply if the order is being returned due to any error on the part of SNZ Enterprises, Inc. In this case SNZ Enterprises, Inc will take full responsibility of return shipping & refund.
